TUHON DIPITA'S PATH TO
PEKITI-TIRSIA KALI
Deeply impressed by a BBC documentary on Pekiti-Tirsia Kali, Dipita decided to travel to the Philippines in 2009 and train under the guidance of Grand Tuhon and his instructors.
It was the life philosophy and functionality of Pekiti-Tirsia Kali that won him over:
"Right from the start, Pekiti-Tirsia Kali offers answers on how to survive threatening situations with weapons. Training with weapons does not only sharpen the senses but also promotes a smart approach to protecting oneself and others from harm. For me, the Kali taught by the Tortal family closes the circle of combat and art."
