REGULAR GROUP TRAINING AND FUN
Goal-oriented and high-quality training. We pursue our goal of caring for our health by having fun with martial arts and movement. We have focused training in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. From summer to early fall, we train outdoors close to the training locations—weather permitting. In case of bad weather and in the colder seasons, we prefer the warmth of the training halls. Training groups are consistently comprised of mixed levels; beginners and advanced students train together to learn from and with each other. As a member, you will be able to take part in all regular courses at all training locations.
